ST. MONICA'S STORY
Monica lived in Northeastern Algeria in the early and mid 300's A.D. Her family was Christian, but her husband of an arranged marriage to a Roman official was a pagan who would not allow any of their 3 children to be baptized. Augustine was the oldest of the 3. This caused great grief to Monica who chose to pray and intercede for many years with sobs and atears as she poured out here prayers to God. MOnica also chose to assist the poor as a means of serving God. When Augustine moved to Milan, Italy, Monica moved there as well continuing to prayer and assist the poor. It was then in Milan that Augustine met Ambrose, the Bishop of Milan. Through the evangelization of Anbrose, Augustine was finally baptized at age 33. Also Monica's husband and other two children were baptized as well. All Monica's prayers were answered.

Welcome to
St. Monica's Guild
Our Mission
The mission of St. Monica's Guild is to establish, support and promote the development of a global consecrated community of intercessors and evangelists, with our focus on Loved Ones who are currently away from the faith. We regularly pray that all will engage the sacraments of the Church so as to live a life of faith and one day enter the gares of Heavan.
Find Your perfect place in the Guild...
With Women of St. Monica for women, St. Joseph's Warriors for men, and St. Al's All Stars for youth 16-19, we hope you will find just the right place for you to join and pray with us.
Disciple Groups
Disciple Groups of 4-6 intercessors meet regularly for prayer and support, and we offer training and and teaching twice a month. Additionally we offer twice a month pubic evangelistic meetings for the members and the public as well.
Consecrated
Just as Jesus Christ, our High Priest, ever lives to make intercession for us, so we are consecrated to Jesus through Mary using the Brown Scapular, the Miraculous Medal and the teaching of St. Louis De Montfort. You too can come a live a consecrated life within a community of like-minded and like-hearted believers.

The Wall of Remembrance
Every member of St Monica's Guild may register the names of Loved Ones onto The Wall of Remembrance. Every member of the Guild prays several times each day for every person registered on the Wall.
"Righteous Prayer avails Much..."
The Saint Monica's Guild Daily Pledge
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This day I pledge myself to live as a consecrated disciple of Jesus Christ in St. Monica's Guild. This day and every day I will pray for lost souls, and I will share the good news of Jesus as the Holy Spirit leads. May God's Kingdom come and his will be done in me on earth as it is in Heaven.
The Five Point Gospel According to St. Monica's Guild
1. In this fallen world, God loves you just as you are and wants you to know and experience his love for you.

4. Mary will guide you and form you into a disciple of Jesus, her son.
